1. Place of shipment and delivery time
    Shipping country: All orders are dispatched from the warehouse in Lithuania, covering global delivery (restricted in some areas).
    Processing time: It takes 15 to 30 working days for inventory preparation and shipment after placing an order (excluding international transportation time).

    Freight calculation: Automatically generated based on destination, package weight/volume, and the final amount is displayed at checkout.
    Free shipping threshold: Free delivery is available for orders over 50 euros in some areas
  3. Logistics tracking and service
    After shipment, you will receive an email with the logistics tracking number. You can track the progress through the official website of the carrier, such as DHL/ Post.
    Remote areas: Additional charges or delays may occur. We will contact you proactively to negotiate.
  4. Customs and Taxes
    International orders may incur customs duties/import taxes, which shall be borne by the recipient.
    Order prices within Lithuania include value-added tax (VAT). For regions outside the European Union, they are adjusted according to the tax laws of the destination.

    Lost packages during transportation can be refunded or resold after verification (proof from the logistics company is required).
